What type of contract am I tied into?You are free to cancel our service at anytime

How many hours will I need?It depends on the size of your home, the number and size of rooms, and the quality and depth of cleaning required. The final choice is yours. You can even prioritise your room or work by reducing or increasing your hours.

How do you vet your cleaners?Our cleaners must provide full identification along with references before being considered to join the team. Our cleaners will always be dressed in our uniform with a photo identification visible on them whilst at your property for your peace of mind.

Will I need to be at home?No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house key, or you may leave a key.

Do I have to supply cleaning products and equipment?No, we bring all our own products and equipment, all of which are included in the cost of the clean.

Payments Accepted
We accept cash on arrival of the job or bank transfers.
We can also arrange a direct debit to make things more efficient for all parties.
Cancellation Policy
JB's cleaners will need to be notified no less than 24hrs before your booking. Any cancellation inside 24hrs before the appointment will result in the full price still being paid.
